What will become of the EU if we can not agree on a standard size for carry-on luggages?
I think it signals the disintegration of the whole union, quite frankly. This isn’t some random, piddly issue: carry-on sacks represent the way an entire body of people commute and commune. I just hope and pray that the powers to be get together and hammer out a compromise. It would be a shame to go through all that effort creating and supporting the euro as a common currency only to have it all come undone at the air terminal.
