Overhead Bin Dimensions on Regional Jets?
Anyone know roughly what the dimensions are on a Dash 8 Q200? I’m going on a weekend getaway this coming weekend, and have a duffel bag that is roughly 24″ x 12″ x 12″. I’ve never been on this specific model aircraft before.
Coming back I’m on an Embraer RJ145, and my recollection was I had to really jam the duffel bag in the overhead bin to make it fit last time I was on an RJ145. I’m wondering if I should just bring a small rolling suitcase and gate claim it.
No, I’m afraid it won’t fit. My carry on is 22″ x18″ x 9″. It does not fit. You need a carry on that the longest side is 20″ or less.
