Luggage scales?
I live in Toronto and do not own a credit card if any for online websites, if that’s the case, I want to be able to have it to deliver to Canada. Either I can buy it with PayPal or locally.

Alternately, if you just want to weigh your luggage, get a normal bathroom scale & weigh yourself, then weigh yourself holding you luggage. Subtract your weight from the weight of you plus your luggage and you’ll know what your luggage weighs.
